Here's a comment from one of our recent students:

Dan,

I am sure not many readers send you a Thank You, but I am. Without these weekly tips and the class I had ordered from you, I would not have been able to proceed with the promotion I received a month ago. I would like to thank you and Gloria for putting these tips together for all who follow your advice in Business Writing. I would not have been ready to take on this challenge without your help.

Thank you,

Frank Feltes
Technical Leader (Project manager)

Tip # 315: On an online resume, make sure your keywords match your skills with the needs of the employers.  For example, if the listing for a salesperson includes the term “customer service,” your resume should include these words.
